Recommended homes with 1km advantage

Expert Recommendation:

Jadescape

While this area lack of new condominiums, I found one that not only is a good new development but also within 1km to Ai Tong and CHS. Alternatively, AMO Residences will be completed in 2026.

I am recommending Jadescape — it offers prime location, top-tier amenities, and strong investment value, making it an excellent choice for families looking to secure a home near Ai Tong and Catholic High School.

This luxurious condominium has a high-potential for investment too. The good part of this area is the close proximity to Catholic High School and St. Nicholas Girls'.
