Holy Innocents’ Primary School was founded in 1892 by the Paris Foreign Missions Society (MEP), making it one of the oldest primary schools in Singapore.
The school started as a small village school providing education to the children of Teochew Catholic immigrants.
Over the years, it has grown into a full-fledged primary school, moving to its current premises in Hougang in 1985 to accommodate its expanding student population and to provide modern facilities.
